Return Policy

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

The time period for returning merchandise is 30 days from date of delivery. The key to returning any item is to send it back in the exact same condition as received. This means including all clothing tags and any accessories that may have been included with the shipment. If the item is returned according to these instructions then an exchange, credit or full refund less any shipping charges will be provided.

Please note that we cannot accept articles of clothing that have been worn, stained, scented or damaged for returns. If an item is returned missing the clothing tags or with the tags removed or has been worn for any period then a 50% restocking fee will be charged. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Unauthorized returns sent back after 30 days will either be charged a restocking fee or will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.

On size exchanges there is a $3.50 handling fee to cover the return postage which can be taken care of by a personal check enclosed with the return. Please note if you return an item that has qualified for free shipping the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
